Thumb Spica Splint immobilises the thumb while allowing other fingers to move. It is used to provide Support for thumb injuries (ligament instability sprain or muscle strain), fracture, thumb, sprains, post-operative use, and post-removal of casts of the hand/thumb.
Open all hook fasteners and slide thumb into it. Wrap support around hand and secure fastener at the base of wrist, then secure thumb strap.
Wrap long strap around wrist and secure. Adjust all fasteners until fit feels firm, yet comfortable.
